Return Guidelines

Excess Equipment Returns

When to use: For new orders with excessive equipment not needed.

  1. Complete the form and select the Excess Equipment Return Type.
  2. Return within the Excess Returns Period for invoice amendment.
Late returns cannot be credited to your invoice.

End of Contract Returns

When to use: When the Service Period has ended.

  1. We'll send you a list of all project equipment.
  2. After decommissioning, complete this form.
  3. Record any damaged/missing equipment clearly.
  4. Return Equipment within 30 days of proposed end date.
  5. We'll check equipment and notify you of any issues or fees.
Return within one month to avoid charges.

Warranty Returns

When to use: For warranty exchanges.

  1. Select Warranty Replacement under Return Type.
  2. We'll send replacement equipment in advance.
  3. Return the same amount of equipment to avoid charges.
Return old equipment within one month.

Ad Hoc Returns

When to use: For returns that don't fit other categories.

  1. Inform your account manager.
  2. Select Ad Hoc under Return Type.
  3. We'll check the equipment and report any issues.
Failing to return unused equipment may incur charges.
